Emergency Pantry - 14 day supply of 28 family sized meals

Our introduction to Tilly's Galley was through Walcan Seafood on Quadra Island who included a Tilly bouillabaisse mix to accompany an order of salmon and halibut. We prepared it for a birthday dinner and it was wonderful. Based on this we ordered the Emergency Pantry. We have tried several of the options. The soups and chowders make a complete meal in themselves with the addition of chicken or seafood and perhaps a cup or two of frozen vegetables. The seasonings are not overly spicy and we may adjust them with hot sauce and/or spices from our pantry. I'm very impressed with the easy directions for meal preparation and also the gourmet suggestions. Once I had tried making a couple of the meals following the directions, I found it easy to add my own touch.

Delicious easy to make meals, a great resource for having on hand for those "rainy days".. long shelf life and such a good variety with options to modify as desired! I love that it's "made in Canada "

These Tilly's meals are great! The emergency pack is great value. The Fresh Catch chowder is amazing, can't wait to try to the other dishes. Can keep for emergency supplies, use for the occasional dinner when you are pressed for time (or if you can't cook like me), or use for car camping. Not ideal for hiking or sea kayaking trips, as you need other ingredients and preparation is more involved then your typical freeze-dried hiking meals.
