Cajun Jambalaya Rice Mix

Looking to bring a bit of southern spice to your table?  Our unique blend of Creole and Cajun flavours make a very versatile, hearty, and easy to prepare meal.  Gluten-free and all-natural, just add canned tomatoes, Italian sausage and shrimp (or substitute poultry, fish, etc). Also excellent as a vegan dish, prepared with chopped fresh veggies and/or tofu. If you have leftover veggies in the fridge, throw them in, a handful of celery adds a nice crunch.

Simple but delicious

The beauty of this meal is in its simplicity. So easy to make but the taste is second to none. And there was enough left over for another meal. Thank you!

I love all your products,the Cajun Jambalaya Rice mix is very quick to make a great meal and I've been enjoying it for
sometime,either cooking it alone or with sea food ,vegetables , sausages or whatever I have on hand.
Another favorite is the Fresh Catch Chowder mix, I love it as well. My family has enjoyed it for years, Thank you so much.

Easy and Delicious!

Cajun Jambalaya mix has been my favourite weeknight meal for decades! It is great as is and can be dressed up in so many ways. I add andouille sausage whenever I can get it, but a spicy Sicilian sausage works just as well. Lately, I've been adding some frozen cut okra and frozen corn about 10 minutes before it's ready, and topping it at the end with a handful of tiny cooked shrimp. Just Delicious!

Such a great product!

We love this mix. I add 1 med onion , chopped celery , 1 lb of browned ground beef, a can of drained black beans , 1 cup each frozen corn and peas to the recipe on the label. It is a favourite dinner and side dish .
