We have used this product for years and have found the quality consistent. It is easy to make and absolutely delicious with added fresh fish(haddock, halibut and shrimp).

As good as they say… probably better

I’m a bit of a skeptic (probably my own fault), so while I expected the chowder to work out, I didn’t expect it to be as scrumptious as it actually was. Especially since I barely followed the directions and used a day old rotisserie chicken for the meat (with real bacon bits and some freezer burnt kernel corn). Wow… redemption at its finest. I will ALWAYS have some of this on hand for quick meals and can’t wait to try the others!

The Best Seafood Chowder

I have been using Tilly's Fresh Catch chowder mix for years - we usually add clams that we have dug ourselves on the Sunshine Coast, processed and frozen in containers. If I have some other fish on hand I cook and add that as well. For a large yield, I cook extra carrots, onions, celery and potato before I add the Fresh Catch mix. Everyone tells me it is excellent chowder and everyone wants to know the recipe. Lately I have had a lot of trouble finding the Fresh Catch mix, although there are usually plenty of the curry mixes and leek and potato soup mixes and other mixes. I just bought 11 packages of the Fresh Catch mix, so I am happy I won't run out for a long time. Keep making excellent food Tilly's.

Great product!
We have used this soup base for many different soups. Some with milk and some with chicken broth etc. Just experiment

Thai Fried Rice

The Thai Fried Rice is amazing! Love that it’s locally made in BC. You can add as many vegetables as you like as well as different meat choices. Changing it up is so easy can also be vegetarian.
