Excellent. Should be a staple in your pantry

We have odered all of the Rice Mixes multiple times and they are all excellent. Need a quick, delicious meal. Just cook at veg, meat, or nothing at all, and viola, tasty meal.

Mexican Fiesta

The rice is another great product. I made it plain as a side dish. Next time I will add meat & maybe some black beans. My husband loved the spices in this rice.

A Real Mexican Fiesta

I use this mix as a base then add black beans, corn and any leftover meat to make a complete meal. There is enough spice to tingle your tongue but not too much and it is gluten free/dairy free. What more could you ask for?

A wonderful addition

This is a wonderful addition to any meal. Absolutely delicious and so easy to make. I highly recommend!

I love this product. As per the ideas on the packaging, I added canned tomatoes and canned beans to the rice mixture, and cooked it. I could have fed an army with the dish! Instead though, we ate it for breakfast and/or lunch through the work week as a side dish and/or our main meal. Depending on cravings and what was available in my fridge, I added additional fresh veggies (peppers, avocado, carrots, etc.), herbs (cilantro), additional protein to the beans (eggs, tofu, other), and salsa.
