Looking to bring a bit of southern spice to your table? Our unique blend of Creole and Cajun flavours make a very versatile, hearty, and easy to prepare meal. Gluten-free and all-natural, just add canned tomatoes, Italian sausage and shrimp (or substitute poultry, fish, etc). Also excellent as a vegan dish, prepared with chopped fresh veggies and/or tofu. If you have leftover veggies in the fridge, throw them in, a handful of celery adds a nice crunch.
Ingredients (all pronounceable and familiar!):
Rice, dehydrated vegetables (onions, green and red bell peppers, celery), spices (mustard), salt.
We have been using this Jambalaya mix for many years. Recently our grocery store stopped stocking it but I was so happy we could order it online and have it shipped direct to our home. The spice mix along with a couple of our own secret ingredients is regular family favorite.

Can’t say enough about Tilley’s products!! I have used them for over 26 years! They are great for the cabin, boat & home. I just made a double batch of the pacific pasta ( salad recipe ) for a large gathering & there wasn’t any left!! I add jumbo prawns to my jambalaya with a nice slice of multigrain baguette! Simple & delicious. Love the fresh catch chowder now with the colder weather. Again I add cut up red snapper to my chowders. 👍👍
This is probably our favorite! When it comes to adding the 'meat' portion, I divide it and put shrimp in one half and scallops in the other as I am allergic to shellfish. Love it 👍👌
