Looking to bring a bit of southern spice to your table? Our unique blend of Creole and Cajun flavours make a very versatile, hearty, and easy to prepare meal. Gluten-free and all-natural, just add canned tomatoes, Italian sausage and shrimp (or substitute poultry, fish, etc). Also excellent as a vegan dish, prepared with chopped fresh veggies and/or tofu. If you have leftover veggies in the fridge, throw them in, a handful of celery adds a nice crunch.
Ingredients (all pronounceable and familiar!):
Rice, dehydrated vegetables (onions, green and red bell peppers, celery), spices (mustard), salt.
We love this mix. I add 1 med onion , chopped celery , 1 lb of browned ground beef, a can of drained black beans , 1 cup each frozen corn and peas to the recipe on the label. It is a favourite dinner and side dish .

We were very unhappy to find that our local IGA no longer carried Tilly's Jambalaya mix as it has been a staple in our home for quite a few years. It's an excellent camping meal and nice enough to serve to company! I add large shrimp and mildly spicy sausage, add some fresh lemon to serve with it and it is a fantastic meal. I am delighted that I can now order diurectly from Tilly's and get such prompt service.
