Ingredients (all pronounceable and familiar!):
Dehydrated vegetables (potatoes (sulfites), carrots, onions, green and red bell peppers, leeks), cornstarch, spices (mustard), salt.
Love your chowder mix - a great base to start with. Been using it for years - but it’s harder to find in stores so I order direct. Made a double batch and added baby clams, crab, shrimp, corn,scallops and pieces of smoked salmon. Can’t beat it.
This Chowder is really good! Have made it with a few different combinations of seafood: (a) canned salmon - really good!, (b) canned salmon with garlic shrimp - super good!, (c) canned baby clams - super good!. I used nut milks each time, either Macadamia nut milk or Almond milk. The Macadamia one was better, but both worked well. Easy to make, healthy, tastes great! My family actually thinks I can cook now.
