Cajun Jambalaya Rice Mix

Looking to bring a bit of southern spice to your table?  Our unique blend of Creole and Cajun flavours make a very versatile, hearty, and easy to prepare meal.  Gluten-free and all-natural, just add canned tomatoes, Italian sausage and shrimp (or substitute poultry, fish, etc). Also excellent as a vegan dish, prepared with chopped fresh veggies and/or tofu. If you have leftover veggies in the fridge, throw them in, a handful of celery adds a nice crunch.

Excellent product

Introduced my stepsons family to Tillys Galleys product line.
He was recently diagnosed with Ciliac Disease.
He read the label on the Jambalaya meal and he was impressed.
Then he checked the website and has found alternative meals.
I gave him a package for camping.
He was planning to place an order upon returning to Edmonton.
Just one improvement, use brown rice instead of white rice.
